Dynamix Mapper uses video and state of the art algorithm for Simultaneous Localization And Mapping which uses all information contained in the video. Also the processing time is reduced up to 20 times compared with current photogrammetry solutions.
You don’t need special drone, any commercial drone with decent camera will work. We have excellent results using DJI Mavic 2 Pro and DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone family.
You can use Dynamix Mapper to process 3d models from other sources, such as LiDAR scanners or other photogrammetry software. Then you can combine point-clouds from multiple sources and export the result.
